EPS - CopyCopy Module Settings

CopyCopy is the first application in your workflow. It can be configured in a variety of ways depending on the nature of the event.
Copy files from memory card or a location on the hard drive if shooting tethered.
Make instant backups to another hard drive to avoid loosing any files.
CopyCopy also creates downsized version of every photo to allow you to shoot in highest quality mode on the camera and still allow fast viewing of all photos. There is no reason to load a 10MP file for the client to view on a computer screen during an event.
For event photographers working alone the automated time categorization is invaluable. Enter a reference time and interval and CopyCopy will automatically categorize the photos and make them available in ClientView instantly. Clients can easily find their photos even if they come back later

EPS - CopyCopy Module

Clean easy to use interface, CopyCopy copies, resizes and backs up files as soon as they are detected in the specified directory and doesn't require any interaction once started. Memory cards are detected when inserted and can be removed once copied. Set 'Delete after copy' and there is no confusion about whether memory cards lying around have been copied or not. An empty card is an empty card.

All files are conveniently stored in folders where you save your settings file except backup files that are stored where specified.

Speed is critical for event photography, with the EPS system it is possible to have photos categorized and displayed automatically for the client seconds after shutter activation. EPS - Directory structureWhile the client looks at their photos your are already shooting the next once. Auto categorization is especially good for ball, prom type of events. You can even shoot the finish line at a running event with on-site sale and upload track photos later for upload to website. This is a huge benefit as on-site sale beats any website by miles
